        I have tried today for first time. Really clean, nice and relaxing place. I had a back and neck massage for an hour. The room was clean, relaxing with low lights and reiki music. Suggested.

        I have known this center for about a year and I have always had a good experience, except for the last appointment. Treatment: Eyebrow hair removal. The result: two burns (on the right and left) with associated skin lesions. I felt a very strong burning sensation as soon as the cream was put on me, but I noticed the disaster by looking at myself in a mirror in an adjacent shop. I immediately returned and the operator, instead of apologizing because she made a mistake (it wasn't an accident, considering that both eyebrows were burned), treated me with disdain, in a very arrogant way! I waited a month before the review because I hoped it would resolve itself, but to date, despite pharmaceutical ointments (paid for by me), I find myself with a noticeable black spot on my right eyebrow due to the burn and damage to the skin. Error is human, but in this case it was: superficiality, lack of professionalism and a lot of arrogance.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
