        I had a great stay. It is conveniently located in the main shopping area and within walking distance to major sites. When I checked in the bathroom was flooded from upstairs 😵 but it was fixed promptly. The staff are all nice and helpful, I was able to leave one of my luggage at the hotel for few days while I visit Southern Spain which I am very grateful of. The michelin starred restaurants are definately worth trying out (book early!). The room was spacious enough and had a little balcony for some fresh air too.

        I wanted to give 5 stars, the view from this hotel was amazing and the extra king size bed was so comfy. The shower could give plenty hot water and the sink was also big enough. I wasn't feeling well unfortunately but because of this amazing room I could still enjoy the holiday. But the reception staff don't know the basic things... We asked if we could reach to the airport by a 24hour train ticket , a male staff said we had to buy another ticket because 24h one doesn't cover to the airport. We wasted time at the station because of his advice but actually we didn't need any additional tickets. It should have been pretty basic knowledge as a hotel staff so I deducted one star. I wasn't pleased to see some orange stains in the bath towel after I used it. And it's a great hotel but our room didn't have a dressing table so ladies should bring their own mirror if you want natural light and chair while putting on makeup. But I will come back here if I'm visiting Barcelona again, the view of the room is absolutely worth it and the room itself is just superb.

She was very understanding in moving us to a quieter room away from the elevator, which was crucial for my wife's light sleep. Excellent Bar and Breakfast: The hotel bar is remarkable, with creative and well-made drinks. The breakfast, served on the rooftop, is an experience in itself. The space is delightful and offers an impressive variety of à la carte dishes and buffet items, all included, ensuring a great start to the day. Cozy Gym: The gym, located on the rooftop, is small but efficient, with quality equipment in a bright and pleasant environment. Complimentary Minibar: The complimentary minibar in the room, stocked with water, sodas, and coffee, was a detail I particularly appreciated. Exceptional Service: The hotel's service deserves special mention. Mr. XAVI, the concierge, was instrumental in the success of our trip, providing accurate recommendations and reservations for restaurants, and always available to help.         I had a great stay. It is conveniently located in the main shopping area and within walking distance to major sites.         Amazing hotel in a perfect location. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They are so quick to meet their guests on the street. They always are so willing to help with directions. There's a taxi stand right out front. This makes transportation very easy. If you have a lot of luggage I would recommend transportation with the hotel. We stayed in the family suite and it was fantastic. Spacious and had wonderful showers. The rooftop view is really nice at night. They have a three-star Michelin restaurant and a one-star Michelin restaurant in the hotel. This hotel is on a busy street and does have the sounds of New York. So be sure that you love the city sounds if you pick this hotel. When I return to Barcelona someday. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

        OVERPRICED HOTEL. RUDE EMPLOYEES. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and as part of the package we had breakfast included. On the penultimate day at breakfast, we experienced an inconvenience, and an employee named Angie, instead of protecting us, was very arrogant and rude. All the good sides of this hotel fall into oblivion when the staff is of poor quality and rude. For this type of luxury hotel where the night is over 500e, I did not expect such inconveniences, considering that I have never had problems in other countries and in such expensive hotels. Due to the mentioned inconvenience that happened, in the conversation with the food and beverages manager as well as the person in charge of the guest experience, we were told that they would send an extremely good champagne as a sign of apology. That "exceptional champagne" of theirs costs around 12e in the store, and much less in bulk procurement. They should not embarrass themselves like that if they want to create the image of a luxury hotel. Also, last but not least, breakfast was paid for on the last day as well, but since it starts at 7am, we could not attend due to the early flight. Since, I should mention again, we paid for it all, we asked them to pack a few things for us. See in the picture below what, in this "luxury 5-star hotel" where a night with breakfast is over 530e, was included in our lunch package. Poor sandwiches (the contents of which we did not agree on), and especially pay attention to what FRUIT MIX means to them: two apples and two tangerines scattered. SHAME. They are not worth even half of the money paid. Kudos to the employees at the entrance, they were the only ones who were correct. UPDATE: I would like to emphasize that the only person who was bothered by the video call at breakfast was an American pensioner, and besides us, there were other people on video calls, as well as children at breakfast who were shouting and crying. The problem is that you don't know how to explain to the employees how to behave like Angie is very uncultured and unprofessional. So don't lie because no one complained and I'm the one who complains about your unprofessionalism. You also sent a few pieces of cheap prosciutto and a type of cheese to the room (whereas the deal was much richer), and what the staff told you that we received is a complete lie. Don't force me to post that picture and embarrass you even more. You ran away from work when we asked to speak to the general manager. Don't spin the story in your favor because if you want to be a luxury hotel, then act like one.
