I am a regular visitor here as I love to visit village grocer and watsons on ground floor. Overall the building needs better maintainence as it is no longer seen as a luxury condominium and they really need an ATM facility here.

Good location with less traffic jams compared to other parts of KLCC like Bt Bintang. Great 5-star facilities like the infinity pool, grand gym and thematic gardens! You can also find other types of accommodation in this building suitable for families and children on Airbnb 😉

Good location, 3 km from Petronas Twin Towers down the Ampang road. Lots of busses, cheap taxis and Grabs (local Ubers=> apps can be installed from Google Play). High security with access cards and each level. Within the building are two 24/7 shops, one supermarket, Burger King, Watsons, and a few eateries. Across Ampang Road, there is a plethora of European and South American cuisine.
