Overall the room is clean but a bit small. The mugs are dirty but will replace if ask to. The downside is the noise after 2300. There seems to be a bar in the same building, you can hear the base and feel the vibrations throughout the whole building. Hard to sleep if you are not use to this kind of loud noise. Soundproofing of the rooms is also weak. Can hear the corridor and some times the room next to each other. Will not recommend unless you are ok with noise.

I walked in ask if there is a empty room available and was told by the front desk staff that their spare room will only release 9pm and ask me to leave my phone number so that she can call me but end up after 9pm she also never call so not sure that she is reserve for another customer who was came after me and Q behind me who is asking for empty room too! Before me, there is couple asking for empty room too and she sell them the stand by room too! Such a double standard service. Highly not recommend!!

Our room was cozy and comfortable but maybe can improve on the WIFI speed and also the selection of TV channels are pretty limited (I think can watch 4 channels only if I can recall). However, great location surrounded by boutiques, eateries, dog cafe, and salons etc and you have a decent mall (walking distance about 700M).

Has a water dispenser on every level but it is not maintain and its dirty. Overall cleanliness in the room is acceptable. Good location to a lot of good food around the vacinity. The problem only arise at night!! AFTER 2230! The hotel is next to a bar that plays loud techno music every night till 0300. Yes, 3am! You will be able to hear the music through the walls and also the noises at the corridoor. I will not recommend to stay here unless u can sleep with loud noises. Low stars rating because of the bar next to it.

Urgent case need to check out after check in for not even one hour and asking whether can nego for refund if not then is fine ,after discussion with family we decided to stay for one night and ask reception to help on hold the room even not five minutes time have checked out ,so sad is they want me to rebook and pay again for the rooms fees ,what kind of service that you have ,I know I should responsible for immediate check out ,but I have try nego for compensation to them since not agree is fine somehow we ask to on hold and willing to stay for one night since I have full pay ,can't acceptable ask me to pay again for the new room , really frustrated and just leave off the hotel even can't get back my money ,no next time and forever not book this hotel ,bad service

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
