Very poor service. The owner doesn't speak English. We rang the doorbell for 10 minutes and no one answered. The front desk is not operating 24 hours as stated in agoda. We left our luggage at the front desk and could not get it back at night. We have to wait till the next morning. There is no lift in the guesthouse, super inconvenient for us to carry our luggage. The stairs to the guesthouse is steep and narrow, we asked for help from the owner but the owner refused. The room is very small and dirty. Do not stay in this guesthouse!! Very disappointed!

Good choice for myeongdong area. Very near to shopping area and MRT (myeongdong station exit 3) 7-11,G25 is nearby very convenient to buy snack Bed is nice , Pillow soso , Bathroom is bigger than others nearby hotels (in this price range) overall about the room is quite nice Con. - No Elevator and Check in Counter is in the grocery store

My rating is based on cleanliness, friendliness of owner, and provided amenities(a small fridge, toiletries, hairdryer, and towel). Overall, it is satisfying as the room is cozy, with a sweet scent and bathroom is clean. Check in is without hassle. A very simple breakfast is provided (toast, eggs, coffee/tea) to start the day. It is nearby myeong-dong subway station(entrance/exit 3). Across the street is myeong-dong shopping street. Namsan tower (cable car entrance) is 300m uphill(10 - 15 mins) hike from here. Theres a lot of eateries around here, for sure you won't be starving here. Food range from economy up to luxurious. Overall, if you are looking for budget place to stay. This is a good pick

The bathroom is spacious unlike other bathrooms. Also the bed are comfortable. They have a simple breakfast with toast and eggs in which you'll cook it. Super close to the shopping area and a little climb it's near to the cable car.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
