        Great welcome, very friendly and accommodating staff. Great value for money, we paid about 80US$ for 3 people and the room was comfortable. The bed was super big. It's also in a good location. Beware though if you're sensitive to noise, it's right next to nightclubs and at night it can be pretty noisy. Strangely enough, as I'm usually a light sleeper, it didn't bother me.

        We had a booking for 4 nights, but we could stay only for 3 nights. Extremely humid rooms, we washed our swimming suits and towels and they literally were still very wet after 2 full days despite of being very hot during the day and then they got a very bad smell of dampness. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, the shower head was broken so the water did not have a good pressure, nor a continuous hot water. Our room did not haveany window, so the room was dark almost always. There are 2-3 clubs nearby that play very loud (anddifferent at the same time) music until 2am, Friday they were playing music until 3am so take that intoaccount, because you hear all of them in the room until they finish playing. This is not the hotels fault, of course, but it's part of the experience of staying in this hotel. The sheets and towels were not the cleanest, but that was the least of our problem. The staff was kind, and they cleaned our room everyday. WiFi signal is very low in the room we stayed, I don't know how it is in the other rooms. The location is central but not the best one because of those clubs.

        We only lasted 3 days of our 4 night reservation. Our room, which was on the ground floor, had no windows, was airless and damp. And they have no solution for this. We couldn't stand it on the 4th day and left the hotel, but the smell of dampness traumatized me. Our clothes and everything smelled of dampness. Our bikinis never dried from the humidity and that's why they smelled so bad. We couldn't stand it anymore and left the hotel

        Very bad experience. Unfortunately I didn't pay attention to the reviews and didn't know how noisy this hotel is. Well, I paid 8 nights and just stayed 1 since I couldn't sleep and I wasn't there for partying. If you're going to Playa for daily activities and not into parties, this is not the right place for you. I tried to talk and request at least a partial refund but they were not flexible at all. Other than this, the ventilator in my room wasn't working and the mattress was not comfortable at all. At least, Staff is nice, location is central.

        Let me start off by saying the staff were absolutely amazing. Marisola was absolutely lovely as were the other staff members we spoke to. If nothing else was an issue I would be leaving a 5-star review. Now, the room itself was ok. A/C didn't work the greatest but it was cooler than the sweltering heat outside so that's something. You're only given two small (and flat) pillows which means if there are two of you, you only get 1 each. The water pressure in the shower was almost non-existent. And the door had a gap big enough that you could actually see outside. Curtains don't cover the entire window either so you may as well not expect much privacy. Onto the biggest issue. THE NOISE. There are either 2 or 3 nightclubs (hard to distinguish with all of the sound) directly beside the hotel and from 9pm until 2:30am there is nonstop LOUD music. So much so that even with earplugs in, and headphones sitting on top of them blaring white noise, I still couldn't escape it. The beat of all the competing music was vibrating my chest it was so loud. And when the clubs finally closed and the music stopped, all of the drunk clubbers then went outside and revved their engines on their cars and motorcycles nonstop for 45 minutes. When you have to get up at 5am for an early excursion this makes for absolutely no sleep. I would ONLY recommend this hotel to someone if they're looking to close the clubs down and wanted a cheap hotel to crash in afterwards.
