These apartments are so easily accessible to every area of Prague. The apartments themselves are absolutely stunning, so much space and the beds are very comfortable. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We seriously did not want to leave. The price is also so cheap for what the apartment entails. Would highly recommend to anyone if they were thinking of coming to Prague.

Prime location if you are visiting Prague. 20 minute walk from all the sights. Very helpful staff. Rooms are immaculate and cow themed which I think is so cute. Really impressed with the hotel very very unique. And all the little touches don’t go unnoticed. Thank you very much! Also the luggage room is very much appreciated.

Excellent stay! Mooo downtown is very well located, and tram stop is a 2minute walk away. Check in and check out was v smooth. Nice cozy little apartment, with a kitchenette, washing machine, etc. Everything worked well, we had an excellent stay! Room cleanliness can be better, housekeeping service - 4 on 5. For everything else 5 on 5 !

Very nice apartment, suitable for 6 people. It has 3 toilets in total which is perfect for a whole family. The toilet is also very clean, and has enough closet spaces. The service is also very responsive. We called reception for the defect safe and air-conditioner, and technician came quickly and fixed the problem very quickly. The room is also decorated with design lights and paintings, very beautiful.

Excellent location near all the key Prague sites. We had access to the sister hotel, Mosaic House, which had a nice restaurant and a cafe for breakfast. Both were great. Service was friendly and prompt. Would definitely stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
