We stayed here for the start of our Portugal tour. The property was easy to find, but the parking was NOT. Just call the front desk or ask in person, they will direct you to a side alley where the tiny opening is. GET A SMALL CAR. The entire garage is small if you’re not used to it. Rooms were very clean and sufficient. We got a balcony room and the views were INCREDIBLE! We also paid for the breakfast and it had TONS of options! Staff were all very helpful and friendly. It was a perfect base to walk to all the sights. Would recommend and would stay again!

A hotel well located with a friendly staff, very clean and close walking from every desired place to see in Porto. Around it, there are a lot of excellent places to eat cheaper than the downtown area of Porto. YOU MUST CHECK OUT THIS HOTEL.

Rooms are quite minimal, as it’s a 2 star hotel. I had to remind myself that a few times. I would maybe spend a night or two here, and only as one person. I found it was very crammed for two people. The air conditioning was not working despite maintenance came and checked it, so the room as always warm and humid. We had to keep the window open at night, but given the weather of the past few days, it was also humid outside. There was no fan in the bathroom- also something that to me is necessary in a hotel room. Location was great and the rooms are clean.

Bare bone room with 1 roll of toilet paper in some sort of lock box and no kleenex…good luck if your timing is wrong,. No mini bar. I checked out of a 3 night stay after one look. On the plus side, the staff was friendly. On the negative side the corporate side would not refund any of my 3 night payment, not even if they rebooked the room. I would have been happy if they refunded just the 3rd night which was 48 hours away from my exit.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
