        Quirky? I would say "characterful". We were allocated a basement room just under 100 metres from the main Hotel. We were shown around our room and advised of everything that we might need to know including a telephone to contact reception 24 hours a day. There was air-conditioning in the room that stayed at a very comfortable temperature. There was plenty of tea/coffee, sugar, milk and some biscuits. There was even a fridge and an iron. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The towels were soft and shower gel/soap available too. We only needed to stay one night for a theatre trip - the location of this Hotel was perfect for many theatres. The breakfast in the morning was more than sufficient for a good start to the day and it was cooked beautifully. Would definitely return if we wanted to stay over again.

        Warm welcome. Friendly staff offering great breakfast choices. Location excellent. The website describes the facility very well i.e. no lifts and 3 floors. Rooms a little tired but would definitely use again.

        I stayed at the Morgan Hotel because my usual big chain Hotel was fully booked and in all honesty, I couldn't fault it. This is privately run Hotel and the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, with all the usual facilities, TV, tea and coffee etc. The bed was especially comfortable and breakfast was good too. I would happily stay there again.

        Rooms were not as discribed or pictured, small is an understatement! Threadbare carpets, patches on walls to cover holes, 3rd Floor no lift or help with cases. Family of 4 and only 1 person could get a shower in the morning as no hot water and pressure was rubbish. Bed was too small and feet hung over the end. Only 2 plug sockets in both rooms. The breakfast was good as waiting half an hour plus each day. The only positive was the location.

        Room was ok but as tired as the Mummies in the building next door. Location was good for the British Museum and Oxford St.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
