We stayed in January 2018 in the Zebra room for 4 weeks. The property was advertised with a Pool and Barbecue facilities. However at the arrival we were told that we could not use the pool due to the water restrictions. Also showering was limited on 2 min. and it took more than 2 min. to get hot water. So instead of spoiling the water we used a bucket to flow the toilet. Also the Braai was not available. The internet pictures looked much nicer as they were and also the Internet connection was very bad and slow, so we were not able to watch German tv. Breakfast was okay though alternative fare is on offer elsewhere at half price. The apartment was clean and we had fresh towels every day, but the furniture was worn out and has to be renovated. Unfortunately the owner did not informed us about the missing facilities and we already paid the the whole amount before arrival. Although the owner was accommodating, but after a conversation about a financial discount on behave of the missing facilities, he was not willing to accept it. So we can’t recommend this guesthouse.
