        We took 2 rooms at 333 and 331 for the first day, then moved to 310 for the 2nd day, cause 333 n 331 were located at the end of the aisle which is directly exposed to the very dark emergency exit. The problem began when the AC was not working properly (so hot). I insisted on moving to another room so the management offered us to move to 314. We took the offer but now the problem was the window's lock was broken. I couldn't lock the window. It can be easily open from the outside. The technician was very helpful, he was so sorry, and said that to me several times. So u see, when it was the time for us to rest and sleep after looking after our sick parent but we have to wait patiently for the technician to have the windows repaired. Thank you personally for Mas Adam (night shift technician) who was very helpful. But for us, if it wasn't for our sick parent in RS Harapan Kita, we wouldn't take this hotel in the first place. Please fix these. You need to make sure all rooms are ready for guests. Poor bathroom amenities, soap bottle was empty, walls need repainting in some areas, poor rooms facilities (broken windows), very hot AC, poor customer service (they're all helpful and polite, but poor in body gestures. Need more professional communicating skills in hospitality). Looking forward for better experience in the future in another Moritz affiliates. Thank you sincerely 🙏

        Room is ok for overstay, sales is too promising and not sync up well with Hotel Manager. Commitment at sales is different with reality. So becarefull and please check or asknin detail if booked this hotel directly. Better book via Hotel/Accomodation of Market Place (traveloka and etc) which is clear the definition, term & condition

        Comfortable stay for 5D4N (clean & good customer service), very convenient access to the RSAB Harapan Kita (attached in the same compound). However, it will be helpful if the hotel could provide hairdryer in the room.

        Gotta stay here for dads operation. Closest and most suitable one if you ever need accommodation to accompany your beloved one while undergoing procedure. Spacious and clean room. Great service from the team, especially for edya from fb service such a warm and bubbly person. Comfortable and easy access area. Affordable price and make sure to checkout their promotion for inhouse patient in harkit.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
