Call i received ask me to straight go to toilet and check. If u said u left at the counter, why my other bottle still in the toilet??? Don’t give me stupid reason! You better call me and courier back my things or i’ll make a police report!!! STAFF PENCURI TIDAK LAYAK DIBERI MUKA!!! Check in 2/10/2023 room 112 mornington soon choon. Stop over for a night stay. Room are spacious. Cleanliness are acceptable. Upon check out, we received a call from hotel said we left things in the toilet. So i went up to check on it. I left shower bottle. So i took it and went down back and felt so nice for that kind of service. Unfortunately, after arrived at KL and unpacked my things i just realised my other 2 shower bottles ( lush & versace) was not here. The staff STEALED it and left me the cheapest bottle. I think she/he thought i didn’t notice about the others. No wonder when i went up the staff not there and just let the door open. I guess she/he didn’t want me to recognise his/her face. To the hotel you have my details, please contact me and get the staff to return back to me or i’ll do the next action. If u return it, i’ll delete this review. STAFF PENCURI TIDAK LAYAK DIBERI MUKA!!!

Stop over for a night stay. Room are spacious. Cleanliness are acceptable. To be honest for sure there are improvements needed for the hotel. But pay at RM77 for a night you don’t be hoping for 4 star hotel convenience (advice for some other guest). Hopefully management can get the toilet mat towel changed, it already worn out. Budget price for a night stay. Couldn’t be ask for more. Amenities (dryer, shampoo, safety box, Kettle, Hot shower, WIFI, toothbrush) provided. Town council parking 🅿️ available, payable at your own 30sen for 30mins.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED, DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. THEY ARE CHARGING 50RM AS A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, WE DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY. I have quite a few to share feedback about this hotel. 1. Staffs are not cooperative, do not expect any help from them. 2. There is no international charging port at this hotel. 3. We paid approx 97RM per night, for this price they do not serve breakfast, which is quite overpriced. 4. Room does not have any window, but most importantly no ventilation at all, even there is not a small passage for ventilation. 5. They do not share proper instructions for room cleaning. We stayed for 2 nights without any room cleaning services. 6. They provided dryer which was not working. 7. Room 231 has a leakage problem of water faucet, water was getting leaked and floor was flooded. Only good thing is that it is close to the Mirror lake and few other Temples.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
