Fantastic hotel in the center of Marrakech! Me and my girlfriend stayed at the Moroccan house hotel for 10 days. A beautiful and authentic Moroccan hotel. But what really makes the hotel top notch is the staff. Very friendly and always up for a conversation. Not superficial and genuine interest in our journey and life. Breakfast is fine but not a lot of variety, but the guy at breakfast is fantastic. Incredibly friendly and accommodating. We really clicked with him. We were also unfortunately in the hotel during our penultimate day during the big earthquake. The hotel and staff took fantastic care of us and calmed us down. Clear communication and we were checked several times a night to see how we were doing while everyone slept in the lobby because of possible aftershocks. If you are in Morocco I definitely recommend this hotel, especially because of the staff and the beautiful architecture! 10/10.

Good value. Needs a revamp. Friendly staff. Noisy but all of Marrakesh is! 5 foor stay. We stayed 5 nights. Room only cleaned the first 2 days which isn't nice for the waste bin. I always tip at the end for house keeping thinking that they prefer daily tipping.

Very marrocan style hotel! The deckrations helps us to feel in a marrocan place. The rooms were clean and pleasant, without luxury but with enough confort for vacacions. Decent breakfast in the roof. The pool was very very good for relaxing in the end of the day. The staff was very helpful during the stay

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ayoub at the front desk. He was very professional and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, and the view was amazing. The hotel is located in a great location, close to all the major attractions in Marrakech. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Marrakech.

The staff was lovely but they did tell me the room has a pool view but they didn't it was night I didn't see anything and I was shocked by the morning. You need to make an effort to check the restroom and have good practice and also work on sustainable development, make effort also on cleaning the room and having more plugs or just fix them , I had difficulty on charging my phone 😞 also make new shampoo and shower gel 😁😁 they are used like in 1890

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
