Great location for tourists and great staffs very friendly and helpful. I have been many Motel One Hotel in Germany, the room is a bit small, the breakfast buffet has less options compared the other Motel One hotel in Germany. The hair dryer is something cheaper quality.when you take shower, even you close the glass door, the water flow out on the floor. In general the washing room many details have to improve, if you can make it the same standard as Motel One in Frankfurt or Zurich, would be great. But still I will give 5 Stars, hope the quality will improve. But the staffs are super nice here.

If you are looking for a smart place to locate yourself during a stay in this amazing city, look no further. We have just spent four nights here and can’t speak highly enough about the people, the service, the cleanliness and location within the city of this trendy and smart hotel. It is the people who make it so enjoyable. Polite, friendly and professional sums these guys up. Do not miss the breakfast. A great way to start the day. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Everything about this place was great. It did exactly what we needed it to. Bed was extremely comfy. Room was quiet. Location was perfect right in between all the different things we wanted to see. Staff were really friendly. Would highly recommend!!

Really can't fault our stay at Motel One. The decor is really impressive, very modern but also warm and inviting. Everywhere was immaculately clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was a decent size and had everything we needed. Location is good, we had easy access to bars/pubs/restaurants/cafes and the metro. The only thing to warn people about is a building nearby (not sure what it was) had a bell that chimes every 15 minutes from 8am until midnight. If you're an early riser then this won't matter but it you were hoping for a lie in you may be disturbed by the noise.

We were very appreciative that Nina and Daniel provided a lactose free breakfast. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms have large comfy beds and the location is perfect for Tivoli or canal walks.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
