        Mastura and her team were very helpful during our stay, service was top notch! Location is great as well and a short distance to jonker street and the old red church! Pool was also very nice, rooms were comfortable and big, great king size bed. The shower and bath area was luxury.. coming from Singapore the value here is unbeatable! Will comment on breakfast tomorrow :)

        I would give 3.5 Stars; The location is the best, the hospitality was amazing (free room upgrade on their kindness) and the breakfast was actually pretty alright! Why 3.5: The pool is a children’s playground and feels very stuffy at the ground floor inside. The hotel room is not really clean (and we got the upgrade), especially the bathtub has black lines. Hypothetically If you removed the bathtub, I would have said the bathroom was the best part of the room to be fair. Not a big fan of carpets in a hotel.

        It is worth the price but still has things to improve not only for customer satisfaction but for safety too. First when we got in and my boyfriend put the card something from the wall cut his finger and caused it to bleed. The wall wood is open and it's sharp, the sides of the bathtub are cracked and can cut fingers or scratch if you will not be extra careful, these issues in need of immediate action by the management. The room is not very clean as I found a used toothpick on the floor and hair on the bed even though we are not even laying down yet hairs on the bathtub and toilet too. The tissue paper roll in the toilet is wet. The towel that is supposed to be white is "grayish" like it is washed together with black cloth. Front desk service and guard are polite but the buffet staff needs to learn how to greet guest.

        Great hotel. Rooms are huge, and parking is easy. Just make sure you check the room first as my room on the 3rd floor the aircon was rather noisy during tye night. If you are a light sleeper, this could wake you up.

        One of the best stays in Melacca city. All attractions are within 1km of hotel - just at walking distance. Ambience is very pleasant and cleanliness is upto the mark. Staff is very obliging, friendly, and tries their best to help and guide the tourists. I must name Tara and Taufiq were really great at front desk. Room was of very good size, comes with free water bottles, slippers, and all toiletries. Breakfast was superb but needs to have more options for vegetarians. Highly recommended hotel!
