Mount Annapurna Guest House is a budget-friendly accommodation option with a welcoming atmosphere. The owner is exceptionally nice, kind, and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and accommodating. While the rooms are basic, they provide the necessary amenities and are suitable for budget travelers. Overall, it's a recommended choice for affordable accommodation with a personal touch.

Loved this place, hot showers that never end, great location and helpful staff. Rooms were a bit chilly in February but had plenty of blankets for comfortable sleeping. They were super flexible and held some stuff for me while on a trek and made a room available when I got back early.

I really liked this guesthouse because it is clean, accessible and comfortable, in addition to the fact that the hosts are very polite, friendly and concerned about the well-being of their guests. I just didn't like the very expensive laundry service. Plus, beware of the Mr. Shambhu who manages the associated travel agency, as he proved to be unempathetic, unfair and unreliable, misrepresenting the dear Nepalese people.

Recently stayed at Mount Annapurna Guest House for 3 Days/4 Nights. The first few days were ok but saw some red flags over the days. The good side of the Guest House is they have good hot showers and the room we had was very sunny. Noise was limited to from the side I was on. They serve food in the restaurant, but the menu is very limited to basics items. The issues here- The front desk reception kid was not very good. My girlfriend and I tried to communicate with him many times and he always seemed lost or didn't want to help us. He seemed frustrated that we first arrived and asked to see the rooms. The Guest House smelled strongly of smoke. A few customers who smoked in the halls and it travels to your hallway and rooms. When you walk up the stairs, you can see a lot of dead pigeons. Not the best place to stay. Had an issue with some patrons in the Guest House who tossed our clothes onto the floor (first day where I found it). Ended up re-washing it and a few more clothes to dry with clips so it didn't fall. Later in the afternoon found half of my clothes on a dirty and dusty table which made my clothes dirty again. Asked the Guest House front desk kid and complained and nothing was done. We asked for the manager explained the situation, apparently a family has been staying there and moved our stuff without our consent on the floor and dirty table. Btw the manager said you are not allowed to wash clothes yourself (we were not aware of it at check in) They should have it on the door or a sheet of paper with rules and regulations like other places. Would not recommend this place at all, unless you don't mind bad customer service, dark and dirty place or a manager who is not attentive to solve issues at the Guest House.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Special discounted rates provided by the hotel are non-refundable. In case of cancelling any such booking, user will not get any refund in return.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
