I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mount Nelson, Belmond Hotel and I can confidently say that it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles by the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel right at home.The hotel's location is simply superb, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The lobby itself exudes elegance, with a tasteful blend of modern and classic decor that sets the tone for the entire stay. Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by its spaciousness, cleanliness, and luxurious feel. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the plush bedding to the high-quality toiletries provided. The room also boasted an incredible view, and I found myself spending many hours just soaking in the sights from my window.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and give a worthy 5 stars. The beautiful gardens and swimming pool areas are so serene and tranquil. Loved our bedroom, furnished with lovely modern interior designs. Staff were enormously helpful and friendly. Above all, the views are phenomenal, we'll definitely be back!

We had high tea at the Mount Nelson Hotel yesterday. The buildings, gardens, understated opulence and attentive staff are incredible and a must to experience. The high tea itself was terribly disappointing. For example: No cream was served with the scones, and even though we asked for some it never arrived; the sandwiches were very ordinary and you could tell that some had been standing in a open for a while because the bread was not fresh; not one savoury or sweet treat stood out as being utterly delicious; and despite arriving on time we were rushed through the experience in order for preparations for the next seating to be made. What did stand out was the biggest and most amazing tea selection I have ever seen! And the most delicious iced tea! But overall, it was a disappointing experience. Luckily, the company, surrounds and location were top class.

This has to be the place to visit. The scenery is so peaceful and amazing especially those with very busy lives. The staff and their over the top service making sure you are well taken of. I loved everything about the place. For those who would like a strategic planning or any other business place this is the one with their spacious clean conference room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
