        The staff at reception was really lovely always had a smile and were really helpful. Room service was excellent and I enjoyed my one week stay there. I recommend this hotel for anyone who visits Auckland.

        Really poor experience! We had no hot water to have showers, we didn’t get offered change room or anything. We had no hot water for nearly 3 days and reception kept saying it’ll just be another 1 hour or so. Had to argue with the supervisor to get some sort of refund for not being able to shower, she told us to “just check out and find somewhere to stay if it’s so bad”. Our room was tiny too. Wouldn’t recommend 👎🏼 our bed sheets also had yellow stains on them that were not changed the whole time we were there.

        I didn't even make it to my room because when I went to check in at 6pm after receiving confirmation of payment on Friday the receptionist said there is no booking because "They didn't receive confirmation or someone on their end didn't do something properly and they are booked out for the next 2 months..." Upon looking online there is in fact rooms free. She did not attempt to provide solutions instead was rude and dismissive and un sympathetic to my situation, she said "We are fully booked any way" Then went to the back and proceeded to have a conversation with a co worker. Today they told me there was an error and they will refund me. That to me is not a solution. I found it weird they would accept payment for a room they don't have availability for. I wouldn't risk going there again.

        This hotel scored highly from us - the reception and restaurant staff were fantastic! - the room and bathroom were spotless and adequate for our needs - the food, delicious and well presented - this will now be go to place for future visits to Auckland!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
