Definitely stay here. The most beautiful and amazing place I have ever stayed. Lovely service staff was all so friendly. Breakfast was more then enough food. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Pool area beautiful and clean, outdoor showers made to look like a tree which was cool and beautiful view of the mountain. Short walk to the beach. Easy check in and out. They also held our bags for us which was also really nice after checkout.

5 star service all around. The location of the hotel is amazing, within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants and shops. Everything about this place is amazing from the reception to the housekeeping, the hotel is in perfect condition and extremely clean. The breakfast every morning was absolutely amazing. On our last day we were leaving earlier than the scheduled breakfast time but they still accommodated us and served us breakfast a little early. The staff helped in every single way possible to make our stay better, from organizing pickups and drop offs, to recommending places to eat or things to do. I couldn’t recommend this place more and if we come back to Santorini this is the only place we will stay! Thank you again to the amazing staff!!

Highly recommend! We spent here our honeymoon with our family and we really loved this place. Delicious breakfast, amazing stuff, beautiful and very clean rooms. Jacuzzi in every room! They can help you with transfer from airport and with transport in good prices. Close to a promenade, restaurants and markets. We already miss u! ❤️

What an amazing hotel. Totally family run from Granddaughter to Grandmother we were made to feel like VIP guests. Everywhere is spotless. The rooms are luxurious, large and with the added private Jacuzzis, head and shoulders above anything else in Kamari. Breakfast is a feast and served to your table every day with a warm smile from Mira. Minutes from the beach and great restaurants recommended by Erika this has been a fabulous stay. A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful hosts Mira, Dimitris, Erika, Orestis and Mary for making us feel so welcome and we can’t wait to come back

We really enjoyed our stay at Mountain and Sea Suites. Everything is really new, clean, the breakfast was lovely, the area is perfect and is super close to the mountain as well as the beach, the pool is very nice and the whirlpool in the room was also a highlight. The family that runs this hotel is extremely lovely and they did everything to make our stay super memorable. One example of this was that we arrived at a very awkward time (5:15 AM) and even though usually the checkin is only from the afternoon we were greeted by them and they gave us two towels and a blanket to lie by the pool until the sun went up. That was such a lovely gesture and we will feel forever grateful for this because we had nowhere else to go at that hour. The breakfast was lovely and there was a big choice of things you could fill in with a paper the day before until 11pm. The beach towels were amazing and the room was cleaned so well on a daily basis. We even got new towels daily even though that was not necessary for us at all (that’s the only little minus I would give because that is not so environmentally friendly - I suggest only anything on the floor to be switched out :) ). One other lovely feature is that for the day of check out they have a toilet incl showers by the pool so you can check out and still hang out by the pool until you have to leave. Only extra small suggestion I would make is to add a few more hooks or towel rails in the bathrooms as well as balconys in order to hang and dry towels :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
