Great apartment with big bedroom, and sitting room, loved that there's no TV so you really feel you're on holiday. Sandra was great to deal with and had some water and snacks on our arrival and even had the air con in as it was hot outside. Apartment had everything we needed and it's literally right behind the famous 28 tram terminus in mouraria where you get to see all of Lisbon. Restauradores and bairro alto/baixa chiado are less then 10-15 min walk away or you can get the metro to them from the central square outside the back of the apartment. The apartment is located in the African/Asian area of Lisbon and is very vibrant and lively with people outside socialising and the neighbours were great and very polite and we really enjoyed our stay and would come again.

I booked through booking but then I had to cancel it because i found another placethat i could check in faster. The owner was very polite and helped me in the process of cancellation. I would recommend this place because of the communication she had with me.

Great spot in the middle of the city center. Located by the Martin Moniz trams/subway. The room itself was very nice and cosy, with all the facilities you need. A great bed to sleep on. The frontdoor is located in a small alleyway, wich can be intimidating at first, but I didnt encountered any problems. All with all a great experience in Lisboa.

The host is super friendly and understanding! The location is very good. The apartment is very clean and has a very cozy Greek feel. Definitely coming back on our next trip!

Surrounding areas makes us feel so unsafe that we had to find another place. Moreover, only cash or PayPal was allowed (not cards). On the other hand, the hosts were very nice and the place was cosy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
