Room: The room was clean but the bed was too hard to lay on. The facility looked pretty aging. The shower pressure in washroom was very low. The towels needed to replace. Furthermore, the insulation sound-prove between rooms are below par. Service: Complimentary water was only given two bottles per day. Room guests have to pay 30baht/bottle for the extra bottle. It was the first time I heard about this service. Moreover, this is a pet-friendly hotel, as a result, I saw dog poop on the floor of elevator😰. Location: Hotel is not located at prime location. The road in front of hotel is busy and jam all the while. The gym room is relatively small and the equipment is aging as well. Overall: The worst hotels I had ever stayed in Bangkok.

Back to my 2nd home in BKK and this time it was a 10-night stay. Big thanks to the front office staff Khun Pang, Oat, Ekk, for never missing out the details. And also K.Ben for the friendly interactions. Also much appreciation for the Shuttle Van driver during my stay from 26/12 - 06/01.

This place is basically my 2nd home. I made it a point to always stay there when I’m in BKK because of the great staff, always very attentive, helpful and polite. Especially Nat Chompoo. Always have a beautiful smile and always happy to help me with all my needs.

We had a very enjoyable stay in our spacious room with subtly modern decor. The bed is big and comfortable, the AC is quiet, the staff are friendly. It has everything you could want (including a little gym room with a few weights and a treadmill). Would come here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
