Good location in a safe area right next to the train station which made it easy to get around the city. We stayed in 2 different rooms, one was very small and the other was a little larger. Both rooms were on the lower floor so they had little natural light. Breakfast was pretty average. Overall a pleasant stay.

It's a very comfortable room. Only a few minutes walk to Earl Court underground station. Continental breakfast serves from 7am to 10 am. Hot water is available all the time for your shower. During the day, you can hear children playing outside, I think there is a school nearby. Other than that, this is a quiet area, and you're able to sleep well at night. Veronica is very helpful. The elevator is available, but only up to the third floor, you need to use the stairs to get to the fourth floor. (Top floor). Anyhow, the stairs are not too high, don't worry, you'll survive. The environment in the hotel is very calm and clean. The things I love the most are the remote with the TV guide, so it is easier for me to see what is available, also the space for storage under the bed.

I had a great stay at Mowbray Court Hotel! This was the best value hotel I could find for a room with twin beds and breakfast (about $130 per night including taxes). My mom and I found the room to be functional and the twin beds were comfortable. Some extra counter space in the bathroom would have been nice, and the shared wall with the room next door carried sound, but other than that we had no complaints. The complimentary coffee, tea, and water in the lobby was a nice touch which we availed of daily in the lounge area. The location was an excellent home base for exploring London along the Piccadilly and District lines. The hotel is just around the corner from Earl's Court station, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby and two grocery stores in walking distance (M&S Foodhall and Sainsbury's). The breakfast was simple fare of white and wheat toast, croissants, cheese, nutella/butter/jams, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, bananas, apples, and hot coffee and tea. I enjoyed the warm croissants each morning though wish there was some kind of veggie available. Overall, I would definitely stay here again! I booked directly on the hotel website and got a great rate.

Location of the hotel is very good good, close to earls Court tube station. Easy access to via bus as well to major tourist attractions. Rooms are so small and tiny. This is one of the drawback for me. I felt it is expensive for the price we paid and the rooms we got. Staff are good and they changed our room upon request and even though it is small. Suggest to check that before you book.

The room was small but not too small. The only thing that is too small in the room is the shower. The bed is really comfy, service was super friendly, breakfast had good options. And there is free water/coffee/tea in the reception area. The room was super clean. And the hotel is very close to an underground station with 2 pubs and 2 coffee places close by. Perfect place for a city trip in London. (I slept in the main building of the hotel).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
