This hotel falls far short of its 4-star rating, and I'd strongly advise avoiding it. On the positive side, the rooms are spacious, but that's because they lack furniture entirely. The cleanliness is decent, and there's a supermarket nearby along with a few good cafes within a 5-minute walk. However, the negatives outweigh the positives. The rooms lack essential furniture like closets or drawers to store clothing properly. The safe placement under the bathroom sink raises concerns about moisture and water damage. The breakfast is extremely basic, offering the bare minimum. To make matters worse, the hotel charged a steep 3 euros for a small bottle of water when it costs significantly less at the nearby supermarket. The non-functional room phone is another inconvenience, as guests must visit reception for any requests. One of my colleagues had a terrible experience with water dripping from the ceiling, and the hotel staff's response was disappointing. They refused to change his room and suggested he simply open a window to deal with the smell. The hotel's location isn't ideal for expos at Fira, requiring a 15-minute walk. There isn't much else to see or do nearby, and the terrace appeared deserted during my visit.

TO AVOID!! The bedding wasn't clean on my first night; it hadn't been changed from the previous guests. On the second day, I asked them to change the bed, and only then did they change the sheets. I had to ask them again to change the duvet too, since it had makeup on it and was clearly used by previous guests. There was no kettle, coffee, or even water cups in the room; apparently, they were expecting guests to drink directly from the tap. Good location close to the train station. Nice roof bar and small pool. Friendly staff. I wouldn't come back to this hotel!!

Hotel was clean. 3 star I would say. No kettle or wardrobe. Metal grid on wall to hang clothes on which was fine. Rooms feel a bit like corridors/prison cells. But fine for a bed for the weekend. Location is further out than I would have liked.

Close enough to Olympic Stadium and historic part of city to walk (less than an hour). Our last morning I was told our room only had covered one free breakfast even though I had 2 adults included in checkin. Had to pay twelve euro for a croissant and some eggs. This place is fine if you’re looking to travel the city and just need a shower and place to put your head down. Note also pool is seasonal and the roof bar wasn’t open either. If I knew this whole booking would have gone somewhere else.

This hotel is not worthy of 4 stars. The staff were very helpful and pleasant but the hotel owners clearly do not understand guest comfort. There were no wardrobes, cupboards or drawers in our room. There were no tea/coffee facilities in our room. The room air cooler smelt like the sewers. The main bar is a sterile and uninviting place. The rooftop bar and swimming pool were closed - their web site does not say these are seasonal only. Our bed had underlighting that we could not control properly. Our stay was not value for money.
