I found this to be a strange experience. First of all the industrial decor is ok but it had the feel of being a youth hostel rather than a hotel. We had a very poor experience checking in as there was confusion about the rooms, and ours had been given to somebody else. All very strange and a little concerning. So check in was stressful, a struggle, and time consuming. Eventually was able to enter the room that had been reserved. Again it was trying to be cool and industrial and edgy..... But it wasn't great. The toilet by the door and not in the bathroom? A large step by the bed to bang your toe?? However the terrace was very nice and the bed super comfortable, but I'd rather have a 'normal' room. Also there was no bar to get a drink just a 'reception' and cafe so it felt like a cheap hostel charging extra for drinks from the fridge. Very strange.

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel! Perfect location in Bordeaux, food hall right around the corner and walking distance to fun stuff downtown. Service was excellent, had laundry done. Staff is friendly and speaks English. Rooms are really cool. No closets but a space to hang your dress clothes. Breakfast was terrific. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

Moxy hotel is a modern and youth style. It's very nice and the location is very close the wine city museum. The tram station is not far just 7 minutes by walking, they provide many services and the team is friendly and supportive. I highly recommended according to the price and the cleanliness.

Super clean, modern and pleasing rooms. Mattresses are really hard though. Staff are super friendly and helpful. My only complaint is for the breakfast. Fake powdered eggs are used for the scrambled eggs, the pastries were dry and hard, and the coffee wad terrible.

A nice hotel located in a newer area of Bordeaux with a nice food hall around the corner. Very dog friendly, easy parking in a nearby parking garage. We always have breakfast outside the door, but this is also well arranged at the hotel.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
