If you can afford it, it's probably better to stay at the JW next door, I had three rooms for my family and I and two out of the 3 smells of sewer gases. Rooms are very small the bathroom is the size of a class B+RV. Service was a mess but friendly and fixed the room mix up, fixed the parking ticket mix up. Just stay at another hotel.

Super fun lodging place. The decoration is stunning , vibes are amazing, and it feels like a working office . Don't expect any service here as this is the concept, and taxis can't reach the main door, so u need to walk. Rooms are nice, decent, with good view and spacious inside, no cabinets or water coffee service. Breakfast is fine and food is good. Staff are good, not perfect or fun as the place. The location is perfect , minutes from malls and shopping area and walking distance from attractions of city Hall and river. I like it.

I loved my visit at the Moxie Frankfurt! The rooms were a little small but they were extremely clean and well maintained. The staff at the hotel was excellent! The service was excellent! They were extremely helpful with us when we had questions about how to get places and what to do in the city. I would definitely return to this hotel again!

Hotel was quite nicely decorated, games available in reception. There was a queue to check-in. One somewhat harassed member of staff on reception. Checkout much better, but perhaps I was unlucky / lucky. It was surprisingly hard to find the entrance. The person who redirected me from the back of the hotel, where I thought the entrance would be - by the car park entrance - told me lots of people look there for the entrance. I'd parked in the wrong ("MyZeil") car park and did a lot more traipsing around with bags than I had expected. Eventually reparked in the correct car park, which works very well, though it might be better if spaces could be reserved for hotel guests. My room was a bit pokey, with no storage. Breakfast was a very ordinary continental breakfast. I would have given this hotel more stars. It was quite pleasant. But it was a lot more expensive than anywhere else I'd stayed during a 6-week road trip - especially when you add car parking (€25 per day) and mediocre breakfast (another €25 per person per day). And no nicer than many other, cheaper hotels. Perhaps that's just because it's Frankfurt…

The location is just prefect. You feel very safe for walking to and from the hotel at night. As everyone mentioned, the check in is at the bar ! How cool is that! Overall Location : the best ! Staff : Polite during the checkout and check in Room : not very spacious, but for the price it is more than enough.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
