Great little place, fun environment with great common areas. Nice bar and seating area serving both booze, beers and coffees. Good work space as well. The rooms are very minimalist but extremely clean. Be prepared to live directly out of your suitcase, there isn’t room to unpack and honestly, difficult to find space to open your suitcase.

Stayed at the Moxy Frankfurt East in December as we had an overnight there and also wanted to see the Christmas Markets. The hotel has all the features you would expect of the Moxy brand. Trendy decor, a large bar and area to lounge in the lobby, and they even have a small barber shop as well. The rooms are both stylish and minimalist. For example, the bed has motion sensor lighting on the bedframe to light the floor if you get up at night. But also, there is no safe or coffee maker in the room. So a bit different from your average hotel room, but pleasant either way. The service at the check in/bar (both are done by the same staff member) was a bit hit and miss. Some staff were attentive, while others would ignore you, even if nobody else was there to be served. One of the great features of the Moxy hotels we have been to in Germany is that they are pet friendly, and this hotel was no exception. There is a water dish at the entrance, and we had no issues bringing our dog with us. The location is a bit far from the center, as it requires a subway to tram connection. I assume this may attract those looking for lower rates (as we were), or business travelers for offices nearby. Overall, a good stay, and Moxy hotels are always a bit more fun to stay at. As long as you aren't looking to be in the center of the city, this hotel is good!

Stayed at Moxy Frankfurt East for four nights while attending the New England Patriots game in Frankfurt. We had two rooms and both were great. The stuff were so friendly and gave us some great recommendations. We liked the whole vibe of the hotel.

Great staff and nice rooms. The hotel has a nice lobby with a 24 hours bar and there is also a barber shop and an area for doing some work. The wifi is very fast and reliable. The rooms are big enough and comfortable, I couldn't hear any noise from the other rooms. The location is good for moving around in Frankfurt, close to the river and about a 25 minutes walk to the city center. Prices were reasonable during my stay.

Very welcoming and friendly staff! The rooms are clean and neat! I definitely recommend it! My flight was cancelled. I had a tough night.I made the wrong date when I booked the room through the website, but my savior Khorin helped me out and accepted to change the booking! God bless you khorin!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
