Pros: The staff is really nice. They have a DJ at the bar/lobby most days, and you get a complimentary cocktail at check-in. The room was really clean and the hallways and lobby seemed clean too. Its located on the same block as a convenience store, some great restaurants, and a coffee shop. The room has a white noise machine, which is a nice gesture because.... Cons: It is impossibly loud here. I could not tell if the noise was coming from surrounding businesses or if the hotel lobby DJ was still working on a Sunday night, but between the loud music and constant announcements from the DART station, it was one of the worst nights of sleep I've had in a long time. The bed is also rock hard and the sheets are not soft. The room was so hot I turned the thermostat completely off despite it being 35 degrees outside. And it was still warm. The rooms are tiny, which wasn't a problem because I was only in for a night, but they are WAY smaller than they appear online. The location, customer service, and atmosphere have potential, but I would not stay here again due to the noise and uncomfortable bedding.

What an amazing new hotel in downtown Houston! If you are looking for a quiet relaxing getaway, you might look elsewhere. But if you want a fun hotel experience with a cool mod vibe and a great bar surrounded by fun nightlife, then this is your place! Great drinks at the bar with great happy hour and different specials throughout the week. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are small, which is to be expected in an old building. My only request would be a mini fridge, as there is not one in the room. Overall, clean and fun hotel with a great staff. We will definitely be back!

The scenery is nice, besides that everything else is 0/5 . When we arrived to the room it was blood spots in the shower and also no shower gel to use. Room service doesn’t clean rooms when you step out. There are no refrigerators nor microwaves in the rooms. My boyfriend called downstairs to tell them about the shower and she responded with “Alright Man I’ll be up”. Also, music is being played all night at the bar .Would not stay here again.

Do not book this hotel if you’re actually planning on sleeping. The noise level on the lower floors is ridiculous, due to an open-air bar right next door playing loud music until late. The fact that Marriott actually sells these rooms is an audacity. At least it’s good music, which still doesn’t help with the sleeping. That’s why I’m only giving it one star - because the main purpose is not provided. Rooms are stylish and on the smaller side, but that’s ok. Pros: very friendly and helpful staff, great central location.

If you are looking for a party hotel to enjoy the Houston nightlife, then this would be an excellent choice. The front desk workers/bartenders were very nice and more than happy to help. Great house made bitters at the bar, too. However, If you are looking for a quiet stay this is not the hotel for you. The street is very loud. Rooms are in front of a tram station which is also loud. The windows don’t dampen the sound at all. And the lobby is loud because it’s a bar. Lol. The room is nice but missing some amenities that I am used to as someone who travels for a living. There is no fridge in the room, no ice machine anywhere, (you can get a bucket from the bar) and no coffee maker or teapot. :(

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
