One of the best experiences I had in relation to the funky relaxed atmosphere with well facilitated lounge. The staff are amazing and love the choice of music. The only thing needs to be improved and looked into is the pillow comfort level. They are over filled with gaps or are too bouncy, makes my neck hurt. Having said that, I overall do enjoy my stay and always come back.

It's very... themed. Think of the Spencer's in American malls but with a British touch and a bit more family friendly, and catering more towards hipsters. Nothing wrong with the theme, just caught me and my friend off guard when we had to stay here for a night. The rooms are nice and clean. I think most of the rooms are about the same size just with different amount of beds, unless you book a bigger room. Beds are pretty comfy and you will sleep well after a long flight. We tried the mac and cheese at the lobby restaurant and, I don't have any experience with British food, but it was alright, just fairly bland. Just lots of cheese. The salad it came with was alright but average. I asked for bacon and they forgot it. :( I think it was like 12 pounds for the meal, give or take. Breakfast starts at six but I unfortunately did not have the opportunity to try it. The staff are nice. Overall a nice place to stay if you have the budget for it. Oh yeah, warning for people sensitive with fragrances. They blast you with some cheap, sweet perfume at the door and the whole lobby smells of it. It's not overpowering but was a bit much for me, who works at a store dedicated to fragrance.

We stayed as a family of 4 for one night. Fantastic spacious family room, very modern and clean. Breakfast price okay at 12 pounds per person and good choice of warm and cold options, but some of the bread / pastries a bit dry. In the breakfast / bar area some activities like table football, table tennis, pool, Jenga. Overall a nice stay! Location good to get to Heathrow, to the city about 45 minutes via bus and tube, so a bit of a track. However bus stop very close to hotel.

Good hotel part of the wider Marriot group. Friendly staff and clean rooms with reasonable space. Has a restaurant that serves simple options for dinner and bar with good choice of drinks. Decor is arty and quirky. Fun common space around reception. Reasonable gym if you need some exercise

Decent, affordable rates and clean rooms. My room had a good view of the planes landing at Heathrow. Nice lobby area and plenty of spaces to lounge. Rooms are on the smaller side and there isn’t really anywhere to store luggage, but that wasn’t a major issue for me.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
