        A great location in walking distance from Picadilly but without noise pollution from busy streets near bars. The staff is wonderful, and made the check-in experience very pleasant with each a personalized sign to their counter. Plenty of games at the reception and all-night pizza. Honestly perfect for a business group booking. Great shower space and good pressure with clean and neat presentation of room. Stayed one night, would come again.

        Welcoming reception team and helpful staff. Free welcome drink. Lovely lobby area with cute bears and decoration. Breakfast buffet is pleasant with standard options. Good to have a computer to use in the lobby. Room is pretty basic. It was freezing so I adjusted the temperature but didn't realised that it was not turned on. There is no instruction to remind you to switch it on with button on the top.

        Fairly good Moxy. I’ve stayed in several and this is one of the better in terms of cleanliness, room size and food. I stayed here for two nights in January ‘24 and on one night there was loud music - unsure if it was from the bar opposite or the hotel bar. It stopped by 10. The breakfast was good, although I was surprised to find out it was included in my booking as on the first day I had to pay £12.50. Staff are friendly enough. It has a slight student union vibe which is ok for a short trip but .. yeah. I’m old so it grates slightly! I would go back. Good for business. WiFi good enough for video calls.

        When I arrived at the hotel I thought I was in the wrong place, but was quickly greeted, check in is at the bar🤣 and it really took me by surprise. Once checked in and went up to the room it was beginning to look like a hotel. The room was small but adequate, contemporary design throughout the hotel. Room was clean and smelled great. Comfortable bed and pillows. Temperature control in the room. The bathroom was small but in good condition. Blow dryer available. Near to shops, trams to major train stations and airport. Breakfast has wide selection, continental, plus hot selection provided. So if you are after a good night sleep and buffet breakfast with wide variety of options this is a good choice. Overall a good stay, thanks Moxy crew.

        For more of a budget friendly hotel, this was very nice. It’s like an Aloft. I just stayed at a brand new hotel in Edinburgh, the W, and had a way better experience here with Moxy than W. Great friendly staff. Rooms are decent nothing elaborate but nice. Great location. Would stay again.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
