The best for NYC value! Great use of tiny room to give privacy to both the queen bed and the twin daybed. Quiet on 4th floor. Safe area. Staff was friendly and good, especially female bartender in Alphabet Bar. Love bar/lounge. Gym and water bottle machine awesome. Beautiful, modern decor and ambience. Elevator 3D effect is cool. Nicest guests.

Super cool hotel with a great atmosphere and vibe. Rooms are clean as well as rest of hotel. Awesome coffee shop and bar on the main floor. Stayed here and location was perfect for being between Rockefeller area and ground zero/ brooklyn bridge. Both were a 10 min subway ride away. Nice area as its not right in the middle of the busiest are of the city. So many cute little cafe’s, restaurants, bars, bakery’s in walking distance.

Had a great stay visiting the city for 1 night. Mack, at the front desk, was incredibly friendly and super helpful. Was a pleasure to be welcomed by him. Gave us great vibes for the night right off the bat. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The shower had great pressure (most importantly) and was also clean. Great location. Nice bars inside with great happy hours. Will absolutely be staying here again. Sure the rooms are small, but it's NYC people!!

My recent stay at Moxy East Village in NYC had its highs and lows, and it's only fair to share the honest details. Let's start with the not-so-great aspects. The room size was a bit of a letdown, especially compared to what the pictures suggested. While it might be alright for a short stay, spending 3-4 days in such cramped quarters became a tad uncomfortable. Booking a double room sounded like a good idea until we discovered that the bed was awkwardly placed right next to the window, letting in a chilly draft. Needless to say, it made for a less-than-ideal sleeping experience for my partner. Adding to the mix, the hotel charged a surprising $5 for a bottle of water left in the room. It's a minor expense, but it felt like an unnecessary and somewhat tacky move, especially when many other hotels provide complimentary water. Little details matter, and this particular charge left a cheapened impression. On a brighter note, the hotel's cafe was a redeeming factor. The coffee and yogurt were surprisingly good, offering a pleasant start to the day. The location of the hotel is undoubtedly a strong point, being conveniently close to the subway, Joe's Pizza, and Wegmans Market. If location is a top priority, Moxy East Village scores well in this regard. In summary, while the hotel has its perks, the room size, uncomfortable bed placement, and unexpected charges for basic amenities detract from the overall experience. If you're willing to overlook these aspects for a prime location, Moxy East Village might still be worth considering for a short stay. However, for an extended visit, it may be worth exploring other options in the area.

Perfect hotel for a solo city traveler. Rooms are designed for the exploring visitor who plans to be out and about but still wants a comfortable place to lay their head down. Great amount of storage space and modern design. Hotel has a luxury feel for an economy price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
