Tiny rooms, no coffee maker, no clock, and no wardrobe in the room. There was a desk in the wall, but no chair - unless they expect you to sit on the leather luggage rack? Breakfast is a waste of money if you're intolerant of gluten, since all they had were pastries and bread. I managed to have a fruit cup once and a parfait another morning, but I don't think it was worth the extra $$. They apparently only clean your room every other day?? Nobody told me this at check-in. They came into my room and gave me another face wipe and folded up my bath mat, but didn't make my bed or empty the trash. Why even bother coming in the room? They said they would deliver my Amazon pkg deliveries to my room, but never did. I had to go downstairs 4 times to pick up each small package since they couldn't seem to find all of them at once. The staff is very young and extremely casual. Several were not particularly friendly, and they were definitely not "professional". The guests are also very young and it has a party atmosphere throughout. Feels more like a hostel than a hotel. I would not recommend this place for anyone over age 40 or for families with children (the bar doubles as the desk check in). The walls are thin - I could hear alarms going off every 15 minutes from about 5am till 7am. The shower was nice enough, and the bed was comfortable.

The rooms themselves are not very big, but the place is modern and has good vibes. The room that we were in, the bed was king sized and there was a lot of leather in the room. View is the office building next door which was luckily empty due to our stay being over the weekend. I can imagine it can be pretty awkward during work hours. A stand up shower with a small toilet area was also in the room. Since the room isn’t very big, they try to get guests to socialize downstairs at the bar and have lots of games including giant connect 4, jenga, shuffle board, etc. They even offered drink tickets at check in to encourage more socializing in their lounge area. Their house cocktail was very strong. Very vibrant pink light at night in the lounge area. Overall, great vibes, convenient downtown location, and modern amenities, I enjoyed this hotel.

Very cool and quaint hotel, great location and staff was super friendly. Nice size tv in room, only complaint for me would be that our "view"was of the inner court (nothing) and on level 2 we were next to either the AC or some other fairly noisy unit, didn't bother my wife, but I didn't like it, otherwise hard to knock this place. Lots of places to walk to nearby including pikes market.

Good location. Clean room. A little snug. We got tickets for 2 free drinks. The loby is cool, lots of games, even a seesaw. The bar is really cool, stayed open late and offered a little food. They helped us get a cab to and from the event. We ordered uber eats, some phily cheese steak sandwich place close by that was insanely good! In the morning the streets were lined with at least 4 food trucks. My only complaint was the ceiling looked creepy. Would stay here again because the location seemed decently safe.

I stayed 5 nights at Moxy Seattle and I had the best customer service I have experienced in a longtime. Elias was so kind in helping me find my phone after I lost it in an Uber. He was simply the best. The hotel is very clean and modern, and everyone will make sure you have the most comfortable stay. I highly recommend booking at the Moxy!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
