Loved this hotel in Insadong! Rooms were spacious and super clean. Staff was always incredibly cordial and kind. Right by the metro lines and was incredibly easy to get around. Metro stopped right in front of the door. Couldn’t even get closer in a cab if you wanted to. Hotel breakfast was great (though on the pricier side). Overall great experience and would definitely stay again.

Felt this Moxy deserves to be at least a 3-star hotel! Room I got was pretty high up therefore had great views. Regardless, it was still a very decent room for 1 person. Very quiet in the evening on the streets during the weekday but bit more bustling later in weekend. Check in was quick on the top floor although no one welcomed me in. The rooftop is pretty amazing in terms of views and just a place to take a break. Gym is tiny but has a few essentials like treadmill & weights. Breakfast area is directly across from gym and can get make yourself coffee/tea. There is a currency exchange machine on the ground floor (also in many subway stations) which is super convenient - just don’t forget you need your passport. Only annoying thing was the loud elevator and lobby music but otherwise great stay!

Very good and modern hotel! Great for two people staying in one of the smaller rooms. The overall vibe of the hotel feels very modern and new and gives the feeling of cleanliness. The area is good but not amazing, but if you are traveling around the city, which you most likely are, it is perfectly good! The only people I would probably not recommend this hotel for would be families brining young kids.

Very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room I had was spacious (double superior). The bed was softer than other hotels in Seoul. The location is great and we didn't hear any noise from the street (we were on the 15th floor). I would definitely recommend staying here.

We stay for 3 nights in December 2023. The location is great! Subway is 2m from hotel entrance. The room is small but you have everything you need. Check-in/out is comfortable and staff are great! We do not take breakfast (use for it Bakery on the other side of the street).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
