The hotel is conveniently located in Myeongdong night market. Less than 5 minutes walking distance to the nearest subway station. Complete amenities (love their bath range! ) eventhough the room is really compact. Don't bother taking the city view room as the window is blocked by the bedhead. The room is clean however there are dirty marks and scratches all over the place.

Hotel is modern, young and hip, under the Marriott umbrella branding. Room was extremely small but staff were all very helpful and responsive. Room layout wasn’t very efficient and quite a bit of space is wasted give where the bed/table is placed. There are USB chargers beside which is very helpful as well. Check-in is not on the ground floor, which can be a little funny when you first arrive, but lots of staff at the bar/check in area and at the concierge to help with direction, suggestions, or give you extra water or an umbrella.

Our son stayed here while we were in Le Meridian, all of us in the city for a wedding. Hotel staff were great, and service around the bar and in the morning was outstanding. Room was very nice and better than the price! I shouldn't say that! Made for a perfect stay since we could easily go back and forth between the two hotels; "meet you in the lobby" was a breeze. Great example for all other hotels on how to combine a high-end and mid-range hotel, perfect for family groups.

I loved this hotel. It was nicer than I thought it would be from the price. My friend said this was a 2-star hotel, but from the cleanliness and service we got, I was sure it would be a 3- or 4-star hotel. The only downside I can think of is that the rooms aren't super spacious. If you're on the larger side, the rooms might be too cramped. We stayed in both a single bed and double bed room. Both rooms were small, but just roomy enough for us to get around comfortably. The room with two beds definitely didn't have much space to move around, but we just needed a place to sleep so it was no big deal to us. The beds were comfortable and clean. We got a note from housekeeping with a water bottle and chocolates each night. The staff at the Front Desk were super nice and were all good enough with English for the most part. We did have an issue with our shower not draining properly. There was some trouble explaining "shower drain" but he eventually got it and we had someone from housekeeping at our door before we could even finish getting ready to go out. LAUNDRY: The only thing that irked me during the stay was that there were only 3 washing/dryer machines. On the 2 days we wanted to do laundry, we always had to set a timer and rush back to get our clothes in before someone else. Both days, we didn't get our clothes in until 2-4 am.

Stayed here during my vacation to Korea and was extremely happy with my experience! The location is impeccable (so close to so many restaurants, markets and subway stations) and the service staff are so helpful. I stayed with 3 other people in the bunk bed room and it was more than enough space. Although the room was smaller than the typical North American accommodation, it was not at all suffocating like some Asian hotels can be. My family and I (who travel pretty heavy) were totally comfortable! Anytime I needed help with transportation/finding directions to certain places, someone was always available to give me clear instructions and were patient if I was confused. The cleaning staff were also extremely thorough and made accommodations when I needed service at different hours. Special shout out to Sura! She was awesome! Would definitely recommend as a hotel if you're planning on visiting Korea for the first time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
