In Shanghai we stayed at moxy for a week. A good hotel, where everything was more than satisfactory. The reservation included breakfast. The menu is good, a little specific, but there was always plenty to choose from. Tasty. The room was clean, there was cleaning every day. The staff is friendly and ready to help. And another plus is a very pleasant aroma at the entrance to the hotel. There is a bus stop nearby. The nearest metro station is the final one, 6 km away at the exhibition center. You can get there by bus 25 for 2 yuan, go 4 stops. So if you have time to spare, the location of the hotel is quite acceptable. There are many different shops and 2 banks within walking distance. In general, I really liked everything.

It was the first time I came to the Moxy Hotel by Marriott Shanghai. When I first arrived, because it was in an inconspicuous building, I felt that this was really a Marriott hotel? Because the appearance is too unattractive, I asked and found out that Moxy cooperates with the building and focuses on the young people's market. The price is not expensive at only RMB 5.600 per night. I went in and checked in on the 13th floor to feel it. It feels like checking in at a hotel, but the decoration at the counter is too much like a nightclub. It is decorated with a bunch of light tubes. It is quite special after entering the room. The chairs and hangers are hung on the wall. The room is not big, but the price is worthy of the room price. Here Stayed for five nights, overall it was pretty good. A lot of young people came to stay, and there was also a shared ironing room. I can continue to stay here when I come to Shanghai in the future.

This hotel is reasonably priced and easy to use, close to Hongqiao Airport. The bed in the room was a little hard, but there were no other inconveniences. However, the drinks sold on the first floor are not cold, so if you are expecting a cold beer, you will be disappointed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
