The hotel’s location is nice. The lobby is also pretty great. There are many games in the lobby that you can play with friends and family(table football, billiards, card games, domino etc.). The atmosphere is very ‘pink’ and fancy. But there are also many drawbacks. The breakfast is bad, there aren’t many options of food to choose from. The breakfast is repetitive, it’s the same food every day. Also, the quality of the food is decent. The suits(rooms) are too small. The room service is not good. The maids rarely put napkins, tissues, toilet paper in the suit. The faces of the staff members are always annoyed and dissatisfied. Those people never smile. In addition to all these drawbacks, when I purchased a coffee from the lobby and asked the staff to add it to my hotel bill and pay at the checkout, they blocked the door of my room and told me to pay them to regain access to my room. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! I have never seen such a thing in prestigious hotels around the world. Overall, this hotel is not bad for a short family stay.

Stayed there one night s week ago. Found it by chance and were very much impressed with the nice service of reception. They showed us a room before we decided to stay there. The location cannot be better as it is close to good restaurants, caffees, supermarket and all historical places. Very guiet, very clean and cosy hotel. There is also an ironing room if needed. The breakfast is superb! Fruits and good coffee are a big plus! I recommend this hotel and if we go again to Gergia, definitely we will stay there again.

As tourist from the USA, we loved staying at the Moxy! The breakfast is great and rooms are minimalistic but have everything you need. The staff, especially Nino, made our stay unforgettable. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. We can’t wait to come back!

I have stayed at this hotel about 6 or 7 times and spent about 60 nights altogether. The value for money is excellent. Location is perfect since most things are less than 30 mn walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful. This is the perfect place if like me you soend the day out or if you wanna work in the common space downstairs.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
