Had a great stay here with my wife. The owners are very friendly and easy going. The rooms are new, in very good condition and clean. They also get cleaned daily. The beach is a 3 minute walk away and there are a lot of good restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

We stayed at the MQ Villa for a week and it was the best hotel we had during our trip. It was very clean and tidy and the rooms were cleaned every day. (The only thing is that there were ants in the room, but it didn’t make us feel uncomfortable. When we were paying attention not to leave food in the room it got better.) Uyen the English speaker was very helpful and always accommodating. She even recommended an English speaking doctor when we got sick. Also, the hotel is only 2 minutes away from the beach and to go to Hoi an you can get free bicycles at the hotel, they are older and you shouldn't go on long bike rides, but you can get into Hoi an within 15 minutes. All in all it is a very good hotel.

Incredibly comfortable and spacious rooms, well-equipped and with good aircon and cool fridge. The staff were super helpful and accommodated an earlier check in, even cooling our room before arrival and helping us with all our luggage. The pool area is lovely!

Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. The hotel is very nice, although small but very cozy. The area is quiet, next to the beach. The staff of this hotel are very friendly. I'm glad to meet a wonderful woman, Uyin (staff of this hotel), who helped us a lot. The rooms are clean and beautiful.

Just ideal place to stay, lovely and cozy rooms with a friendly staff. Gone above and beyond to assist with organising anything you need help with. And not even 5 mins from the beach! Will be back!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
