Exceptional service and ambience. Relaxed but very attentive and friendly. The location and views are truly perfect. We arrived at 10pm on a Saturday, later than expected, but no problem. Our room was upgraded to a poolside family suite, with the stunning caldera views this location is all about. Superb from start to finish.

Cant fault this hotel. All of the staff we came into contact with were very helpful and very friendly. We had a great room with a beautiful view over the pool and Caldera. The food is prepared and cooked beautifully and the cocktails are the best. Any cocktail you want (not on the list) can be made by the talented bar staff. The hotel is a 5 -10 min walk into Oia town and this is perfect for avoiding the 'thousands" of tourists from the numerous visiting cruise ships, if you choose too. This is my first time to Greece and the bar has been set very high!!

Thanos and his team are exceptional friendly (not common on Santorini). The place and the views are stunning. Breakfast is good. We even got a free room upgrade. Highly recommend to stay here. Prices are absolutely fair.

Unfortunately, except for the very nice staff and good breakfasts, we did not like this hotel at all! We had chosen this hotel according to its reviews on social media and also by looking at pictures on the hotel’s website. This is definitely a case where the pictures were nicer than reality. Looking at the pictures, we thought we were getting a real cave hotel on a cliff. There was an arch in our room, but it definitely was not a cave hotel on a cliff! We really felt trapped in our room. Again, looking at the pictures, we thought the door was a glass door, but it wasn't. It was a wooden door without any windows and when the door was closed, it was very dark. The bathroom was extremely tiny. You had to shut the door to get to the toilet and even then, there was hardly any room to move. The ceiling was extremely low where the bed was. My husband could not stand up straight without touching his head on the ceiling! And because the bed was on the 2nd floor, the AC didn't reach us. It was extremely cold downstairs, and extremely hot upstairs. Mr. And Mrs. White hotel is a little rundown too. It is obvious that it could use some maintenance and upgrades. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel! And not that it was that far from Oia, but you had to walk 15 minutes on a dirt unlit pathway to get to town! On our way to town, we did see some much better cave hotels right on the cliff. We will definitely not be recommending Mr. And Mrs. White hotel to anyone.

We loved everything about our stay at Mr and Mrs White. From the minute we arrived we were welcomed by Thanos and the manager who made us feel at home. The view was breath taking, overlooking the sea, volcano and the Caldera. Everything was exceptional. A special thanks to the manager, he has the most clever and delicate humour to make you feel even better and also to satisfy all our needs. I cannot wait to visit again. Thank you to the team for making it so special.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
