Rooms are average. Service and in house staffs are nice . Aircon work properly. Only disappointing there is no WiFi in the room . You have come down at lobby to use the WiFi. Beach is near by ..

Fairly good hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Choice of breakfast included was decent. It's not exactly beach front property but fairly close enough. Didn't like though that it didn't have any access to the main road at the back, unlike its neighboring resorts, for commuting since establishments were far from the resort and you have to travel a good kilometer or more to get to any commercial place. Plus we experienced several power failures and generator didn't automatically start after so you'd have to wait several minutes for power to come back. But overall the resort was OK.

Very nice staff, good location, domestic food close to hotel, room was clean, picking service is every day. Bathroom ok. Beach close to hotel was very clean and sea is in Boracay amazing. Laundry is probably possible. Beach towels are in lobby. Room was very small and view from window was to a wall.

Very nice indeed and being located in Station 1 is very important to me. This is also right infront of the beach. A small hotel in between the big ones and the prices are much,much affordable compared to paying thousands in the same area. The only downside is the 15min walk from the main road as they haven't got their own alleyway to enter or exit. You have to go through a small alleyway to the beach for entrance and vice versa.But we didn't mind because the beautiful place compensate it all. Would highly recommend it to friends.

good enough to enjoy your time in Boracay. beach is right in front of hotel. good meal with reasonable price. if you are going to spend most of your tine outside, this is one of best choice

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
