        We stayed in room one and it was gorgeous. I loved all the detailing and mirrors. It made you feel like you were in Italy even in bed. Our hostess was also great. She was so sweet, friendly, and helpful. I loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it for anyone.

        Very good stay and warm welcome by Lorenzo. This accommodation is charming, quiet but very well located. All main monuments are accessible by walk. The breakfast is provided with choice of pastries and hot drinks. The room was clean and decorated with style. Definitely a must stay if you visit Florence.

        Perfect room. Perfect staff and Perfect location. Everything we were looking for in the way of little boutique hotels during our 17 day tour of Italy. Would definitely recommend. Lorenzo kept in touch prior to arrival which was great. Would definitely return and recommend.

        I can’t say enough good things about this place. For the price, comfort, location and most of all the service. Lorenzo and Alessandro were both attentive and quick with requests for place to eat and visit. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The free bottle of wine when you check in is a nice touch. Close enough that you’re a 10-15 minute walk from all the best sights but not in the touristy area where it’s noisy and crowded. Great little restaurants in the neighborhood as well. If I go back to Florence, this is my place to stay. It’s the best little hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
