        Worst hotel I have been in over the world. Tea kettle doesn't work. Toilet doesn't spray water properly. The dryer does not dry cloth at all. I tried at least 4 times before I complained to the cleaning lady. She checked the dryer and said it's broken. She asked the front desk and cleaned another room and asked my family to move in. The owner stepped in and said all the dryers in the hotel are the same. He said there's no point to change another room. He asked my family to leave after I didn't accept the excuse. I had to pack up and take my 3 kids to another hotel in the heat. Shame.

        Absolutely terrible shameful owner/boss. They told us to leave after we asked to fix the drying machine. They told us they were not broken even though we dried overnight multiple times. We asked then if we could switch rooms, but then told us to leave. The service of the staff is good but the owner is malicious and completely unreasonable.

        Great location but I really didn't like the room systems. It said complimentary water but there was nothing in the fridge and no one at the front desk to get it. I also find it crazy that the check out time is 10am in my opinion that is way too early. The sink was also really weird if you turned it on fully it would go all over you and the floor.

        By far the most spacious space we found in Japan at a reasonable price. Everything was squeaky clean and the room was equipped with a washing machine, which we didn't get to use. It was very quiet and close to Kiyomizu-Dera, although a bit far from buses and subway stations. I would definitely come back.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
