I am reaching out regarding my upcoming reservation for a studio at your establishment next month. I would like information regarding the refund process for the deposit required upon arrival. Could you explain the refund procedures and the associated timelines? Why lot of individuals faced challenges in retrieving their deposit !!!

Hard bed. Only loud portable AC, gets hot in back bedrooms. Inconsistent water temp in shower. Broken, rusty spots in bathroom. Not all of kitchen works. Cannot open safe. Only phone lock for 1 of 3 people...inconvenient.

it is disgusting and disgraceful practice to keep my deposit of E400 without any reason you are theifs and dishonest not to return I stayed at Prats de Molló 14 Local, 08021, Spain Betwee thec 4th and 11th October I was with my wife for our second honeymoon We were self catering , we did not party , just a peaceful week enjoying the location I took before and after pictures to demonstrate the condition apartment found and left in they KEEP MY DEPOSIT AND REFUSED TO RESPOND TO CALLS OR EMAIL

Heed all the other reviews on Google and Yelp -- don't do it if you don't want a ruined vacation. Just don't. 20+ minute away to check in at a separate location (that in and of itself is ridiculous)... cockroaches, faulty water, unsafe stairs with loose / broken guardrails and sharp metal corners... lack of response and still no deposit back despite us leaving the apartment completely pristine.

SCAM!! DO NOT STAY WITH THIS COMPANY!! On the check-in they alleged the apartment was unavailable and I was forced to book a hotel at the last minute for the same night. After months they never refunded the reservation. EUR 1500 loss plus extra costs with last minute reservation!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
