I like this hotel very much. Staying here is very relaxing. Spacious room and bathroom. Complete amenities. Superb breakfast. Very friendly and attentive staff. Location is perfect for me: walking distance to Hoi An night market.

Location is decent, about 6 minutes walk to the old town street. Its on a more quieter street. Staff is friendly and fast. Room is decently clean but the floor feels icky without indoor shoes, they do provide slippers but its flipflops... and they're not exactly comfortable to wear if you're not used to thongs between your toes. The shower pressure is okay but temperature is.. uneven.. it doesnt stay warm/hot. We booked the family room, there's 2 king beds, the room can easily fit 4 adults and more cause of the sofa. The beds could use more pillows though. Some plug outlets dont work as well as they should and are not conveniently placed (difficult to find where to boil water with the kettle provided) All in all, not great, but decent stay.

Nice clean hotel with nice pool and very modern and clean bedrooms. We felt breakfast could have had more continental breakfast options, but overall was decent. The reception team were top class, particularly Sarah who looked after us a number of times. Would recommend!!

We stayed there for 2 nights! - breakfast was average - Room was spacious / got lizard in the room but housekeeping could get off in few mins - walking distance from Old town - have cycle to go around the town for free - No shuttle services ( like other hotels in the vicinity) - Banh Mi queen is 1.5 KM distance from the hotel

Lovely hotel situated very near the heart of the Hoi An old town, just a 3min walk to the night market area and along the river. For those that need a quiet environment to rest and yet being a walking distance away to various food, drinks and shopping area look no further!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
