Lovely place, staff are incredibly attentive. The pools are heaven, the peace and quiet is just what we wanted. Half hour easy walk down to the river (again, we were happy with) or a £1.40 grab taxi. Breakfasts were really good, and they arranged a tour for us of My Son. Rooms are large and spacious (we were in a villa), kept clean, and air con worked perfectly. Fantastic stay. Thank you

What an amazing experience staying in Mulberry silk Village. I booked two rooms for my family of five and when we arrived we were graciously upgraded to 2 connecting villas. The staff are super friendly. The grounds of the hotel is so green and lush. The breakfast was great. The shuttle service to the beach and old town is complimentary but it was only an 8 min taxi ride costing 50000 dong ($3.50 aud) to old town. There is a private beach close by or you can visit the local public beach. The 2 pools were so lovely to take a dip or just hang around. Oh and the spa treatments were fantastic. I had a full body traditional massage. With a complimentary foot massage. I walked out of there totally relaxed . I love Hoi An and staying here is a must. You will not be disappointed.

We were her 6 days over the Christmas holidays. We did not spend so much time at the hotel during the day as it was raining almost every day we were there. But the kids got to jump in the pool a couple of times and they loved it. The internet is great and to my surprise they have quite a few good English tv channels which is great in thous rainy evenings. The staff are super friendly and try to help you in any way possible.

We had a great stay here. The rooms were lovely and the pool and garden space around was tranquil, peaceful and beautiful. The staff were great, tried their best to do anything for you and checked in each morning at breakfast. In particular, Thinh and Huy on reception were so friendly. Breakfast was great, lots of choice of hot/cold, Vietnamese/International foods and juices too.

Nice hotel in a great location. Has a laundry across the road and good food options around. Breakfast is pretty average. Beds are comfortable, AC is cold, rooms are mostly quiet and the staff are very nice. Our room had a very strong mould smell and had obviously experienced water damage at some point but this improved after it aired out for a bit.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
