        I really enjoyed being a tenant to one of City Living Londons property. Since the beginning, they were very friendly and personable which makes a big difference in the experience of looking for a flat in London. Throughout my tenancy, the team was flexible, kind and continued to be friendly. They were quick to fix any requests made and I never had any issues with them. Grateful that I was dealing with friendly humans and didn’t have to deal with the headache of common landlord issues. Highly reccomend them!

        Overall the best experience of any rental company. Hadi the Handyman is also excellent too. We rented a small but handy studio near Kensington high street. It did have some issues with damp but we purchased a dehumidifier to deal with it.

        I cannot be more happy with my tenancy with CLL for the last 2 years in pimlico. All the team, Hadi the handyman, and all the people working with them are so friendly and professional. They helped us with a reasonable rent after the increases, Simonas and Julie on charge are great people, so sad I had to leave with my partner for different reasons. For the rest thank you and for sure I’ll rent with them again if I need!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
