A hotel in a great location, close to the central Munich metro station and other public transport, 5 minutes to the Lufthansa bus station, and 10 minutes to the old town and the new town. Good and friendly employees. We arrived around 11 in the evening when the middle-aged gentleman helped us and gave us the room, and they treated us very well. The room was in building number one of the hotel, which is a relatively old building. We had two beds on the 3rd floor. The cleaning of the room was good, but despite the renovation, you can see the deterioration of the hotel in the windows. In this room, we did not have access to the Internet and after talking to the hotel reception staff 3 times, they finally changed our 2-bed room with a 4-bed room in building number 2 of the hotel. Building No. 2 seemed to be newer and we had internet in the room, but again this network was not stable and kept disconnecting and connecting, and in the end, we used the internet on our phones. We didn't have a hair dryer in our first room, and to get a hair dryer, you have to give 10 euros as a deposit to the reception, and after returning the hair dryer, you will get your 10 euros back. In my opinion, this behavior was ugly for getting a hair dryer that was not even worth 3 euros. Maybe it is more beautiful to trust the traveler. Let's not forget that a hair dryer is one of the minimum necessary items in a hotel room, and it was written on the hotels.com website that their rooms have hair dryers. Breakfast is served on the first floor of building number 1 of the hotel. The first day when we went for the first time, everything was fine. On the second day, when we went later, everything was not the same as the first day, and some items such as bread were not even charged, and finally on the third day, when we went early again, we still saw the leftover bread from the previous day and no new bread had been added.

Starting on a positive note, the hotel's proximity to the central railway station is convenient. However, we encountered challenges during our stay. The elevator proved too small for our stroller, and our room facing the road was excessively noisy, making it difficult to sleep. The neighborhood felt unfamiliar and somewhat uneasy. Additionally, the exposed iron rod where the heater was removed poses a safety concern for babies. While the breakfast was satisfactory, the congested breakfast hall was less than ideal. The shower experience left much to be desired, and disruptive noise from other rooms, likely due to intoxicated guests, affected our overall comfort. Considering these issues, I would not choose to stay here again and would advise families with babies to explore alternative accommodations.

This is a classic "you get what you pay for" type of place. It was fine in all the ways you need; the rooms were decent -- enough space, OK (clean) bathroom, the staff was pleasant, etc. There is breakfast included, which is a nice addition. Location-wise, it is in a less than ideal neighborhood for activities. It's a bit loud at night (must leave the window open because no A/C) and doesn't feel like a street I would want to walk on later in the night. It's close to the train station, which is very convenient, and is close enough to Marienplatz and other places to eat and walk to. I would not come back here, but if you're looking for an OK place for a good price, it's definitely doable.

Hotel has a good location, very close to the heart of the city, a lot of parking garages around, so coming by car is an option. Rather friendly staff and really good breakfasts. The major min point is no airconditioning in the entire hotel... with 34 degrees outside it is almost impossible to step into the rooms and to breathe there. Open windows do not help at all, ventilator neither. Moreover street is extremely noisy, so sleeping is absolutely impossible with windows open, as well as with windows closed, since then there is absolutely no air inside. The rooms are freshly renewed, however the stairways and all around looks very untidy and slovenly. Could recommend this hotel only for a short stays and in a cold weather.

the room is dingy and very noisy. the neighbourhood is very sussy like i wouldnt go out even at 4.30pm cuz its scary and sussy af 😐 the room no ventilation (very hot and stuffy) so you need to open the windows. but if you open the windows there will be police sirens and fire trucks driving by every 5 minutes or so (i guess cuz of the neighbourhood LOL) room is super dim, outside of the bathroom which is bright. if you wanna do school work you gotta do it in the stinky bathroom (which idk why smells like sewer) the bathroom is really tiny btw. room is also claustrophobic. very unslay. the only good thing about this place is probably the location and the staff who were quite accommodating (i guess to make up for the trashy rooms)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
