One of the better Marriott's I have stayed in. Modern rooms but no decent desk to work at in the evenings. Traffic in local area is bad. Breakfast is good and sports bar serves good food and drinks.

As Marriott's go, I have stayed in a lot better. Rooms were decent size though first day ours was not cleaned. No M lounge in the traditional sense though the restaurant had a section available for Platinum and above members each evening. Breakfast was ok. Staff were pleasant.

Good place, location, service. Breakfast was great and staff were all attentive and kind. But I want to particularly thank (Aymen) who was extremely nice when I asked for a bigger table as i was with two kids and was shown a table for two which would have been very tight for us. He jumped in and made sure we are seated at a comfortable table, and even though a bigger table wasn’t available he united two small tables for us. It is rare these days to find someone who would go above and beyond for the comfort of the client. We will be staying here again mainly thanks to the way Aymen made us feel welcomed. Marriott please give this guy a raise.

We loved our stay here for 2 nights. Beds very comfortable, Breakfast has alot of choices. Location short walk to take the train. Some restaurants nearby to eat. Room a bit hot and they set the temperature is 22 c n 23 c which is hot for us 75f in USA and with no air circulation .And they can't adjust for us and they tell us to open the window but is noisy. We love the pool and hot tub. Parking is safe underground connected with the hotel. Enrico helped us during check out, he is very friendly. Everyone was friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

As with Marriott the standard is great. Staff are pleasant and helpful and it’s a beautifully decorated hotel to visit at Christmas. We only stayed one night but definitely would return. Parking is underground and not associated with the hotel. It is a ticket machine. The hotel sits on the border of the Eco zone so unless you have a pass don’t get caught driving further into the area without a pass. Diesel cars are not allowed in the green eco area. Which is primarily the centre of Munich. 🍳 breaksfast was excellent. 🐶 dog friendly Kid friendly. 🏊‍♂️ swimming pool 🅿️ underground extra cost

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
