It’s exactly what you expect it to be. I don’t know why so many people complain about it. Sure around the location there is a lot of homeless people but they are not gonna hurt you (unless provoked). It’s a good bang for a buck option. The breakfast had a lot of variety and I wasn’t missing out on anything. The bed was comfortable and clean. Same for the bathroom. My room was to the back of the building. There was some noise in the courtyard but that’s normal for cities. No AC was a bit of a nuisance as it was quite hot in the room but I knew that before booking so I can’t complain. The staff was friendly.

I had a nice experience staying at this hotel with my family. Rooms are decent, the breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were very friendly and nice. The only negative thing is the location outside the hotel which is filled with drug addicts.

Very nice Hotel in the city of Frankfurt not far away from central train station. Rooms are clean and cosy. They have affordable rooms, 50€ incl. breakfast (September 2023). I had a room on 4th floor. The corridor there had a blury carpet. The hotel is located immediately next to a "Supervised Injection Site" lots of people outside maybe waiting for their turn. There is no single minute that you will feel your are in any danger. It's a very peaceful location. Breakfast: everything you need, cheese, sausage, mortadella, eggs, jam, nutella, cereals, vegetables, several breads, yoghurt, fruits, ... I will book again and fully recommend this hotel.

This hotel very close to DB station, the room is big , clean and comfortable, breakfast is good, many choices But there are many homeless and drugs people around hotel So it's hard to say is it good or bad

Someone from the hotel staff entered the room at 5am and stole a watch and some jewellers during our sleep. I called police and they will get security photos. This is the thief. I pictured him during his run. The receptionist confirmed the thief works here

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
