We booked a six-person room and a double room. The disadvantages are as follows: 1.Two rooms are separated by a street 2. You have to carry your luggage up and down by yourself. The room is on the second floor. 3. Breakfast doesn’t start until eight o’clock 4. Breakfast cannot be taken away, and the hospitality model lacks internationality and humanity. 5. Except for the check-in staff, other staff have poor service attitude Pros: Beautiful room

Truly a charming stay! The room was spotlessly clean, even the bathroom was so clean it was so sparkling with no water marks on the glass or tap. The room and building itself are very quaint and reflect the heritage home style. Of course with that, the building is a bit old, so you can hear light creaking in the floorboards. Otherwise, it was very quiet, as the hotel is located on a very quiet and cute street. It is conveniently located near a wide variety of cafes and shop, and the attached cafe has very fresh juices and teas. I had a very comfortable and peaceful stay.

Best stay in Georgetown so far. It's like a hidden gem but at the most convenience location that I could find. Room is clean and tidy, and a bright room indeed. Loving the atmosphere there, giving me a Bali/Maldives vibes where the staffs there are friendly and helpful too. Strongly recommend

Very disappointed with our first visit to Penang Muntri Mews. The rooms we booked were not what we paid for 2 old second storey rooms with steep stairs to carry all our heavy luggages. The staff were disinterested and not willing to help. The reception area’s outdoor smelt like sewage. We also booked for a car park space that we had to remove & replace sign every time we move the car. The rooms were old noisy floors, old towels and the TV with only 2 channels can’t chromecast for movies. We will not recommend this hotel to our family & friends not worth the money.

We’ve been here before, but what a decay. Staff has changed, not for the better. The receptionist is not interested in hosting guests, she is on her phone all the time. The sewage smell in amd around the hotel is disturbing and as this has been going on for months, it is clear there is no sense of urgency, but gross indifference from hotel mamagement. The towels were smelly and old, the mattress needs to be replaced, the aircon doesn’t work properly and when a flash flood at the entrance occurred after a heavy downpoor, the staff couldn’t be bothered to put planks or anything to help guests enter the premises without wading in the water. Please avoid, this is an absolute scam.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
