Very dirty. There was stain, garbage on the floor in the room when we checked in. The bathtub was wobbly, the shower was leaking. Overall, the hotel needs a lot of maintenance and better cleaning service.

Very bad. Don’t trust what they’re put it on the website. Very dirty and nasty. When we’re check in the room carpet not even clean. Also the blanket so stinky and nasty. Very bad service overall. Not suggesting this hotel.

Rooms are big and are clean and has almost all the amenities including bath tubs, kettle, coffee, fridge etc. The prices are in budget so it's value for money too, But the bathroom need some maintenance, especially the tubs. Location Main streets are far away but there is a small street adjacent to it which has some store & local Vietnamese restaurants. You can Hire an electric car to go to the main market area. Swimming pool is really good and has great views. Pool is clean and is operating. The buffet breakfast is big & has plenty of options including vegan and vegetarian options.

No way this is four stars. I've stayed at two star Best Westerns that are better. The room smelt so bad we needed to change rooms. The air conditioning only works if you leave a key in, so it was extremely hot when we arrived or came back. The pool is dirty and needs renovation. The gym has no air conditioning. They are being cheap at their own expense

These front rooms are quite nice actually. I stayed in 909 (1 master bedroom and 2 single beds) the master and the rest aren’t separated, it’s convenient for family with children. Breakfast is not worth your time. Enjoy the Sunset, the beach view and super clean room service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
