Hotel itself was nice, but they double charged my credit card for the expenses (laundry and room service) of about 55 Euros. I wrote several mails and they said they would transfer back, but nothing came. I asked a Vietnamese to call them a few weeks later and ask and they said it would come in 2 weeks, that was 4 weeks ago. Never got an answer again to any mail. If anyone from the hotel is reading this, where is my money?

I did not stay here, but I had one of the best massages here! $400,000 for 90 minute steam and massage package in private room that included steam, bath tub, toilet and massage table. The masseuse was very kind and professional. Highly recommended.

Really nice, large rooms with bath tub. Breakfast was a great buffet with a ton of options a fresh eggs made to order. I didn’t have lunch or dinner there because there’s a beautiful beach spot 10min walk away with rentable chairs, cute shade shelters and cheap seafood. Not a lot to do besides relax and recharge. Laundry is expensive but there’s a couple affordable options down the street, 7min walk, that washed my large grocery bag of clothes for 70k. There is not a pool here which was disappointing. It’s at their sister hotel next door down the street.

we were 9 of us, stayed at Muong Thanh Luxury Nhat Le for 3 nights. The hotel put an ashtray right next to elevator door, on every floor, a long with "No smoking" sign posted on the hallway. We had 5 rooms on 3 floor, we all seen ashtray stand on each floor, in the same location, right next to the elevator. 1- Why do Hotel put an ashtray next to the elevator door, on every floor? As soon as the elevator door open, the air of smoke fly in the elevator. 2- Conclusion " Hotel manager/security/staff known that, let the smokers - smoke indoor, right next to elevator" . I seen Smokers stand right outside the main entrance too, as soon as we walk through main door, smoke.....in the air... greeting us. 2nd day, I called front desk to reported 3 men smoke indoor, stand right next to the ashtray, well, because - hotel put the ashtray indoor right next to elevator---- very Conflict - with a sign "No Smoking" but have indoor ashtray!
